Impact Log collects nothing. Everything you write stays on your device.
Impact Log does not collect, transmit, store or share any personal data. The app:
Your entries, review periods, drafts and settings are stored only in the app's local storage on your device, protected by your device's own security.
When you export a backup file, a PDF or text, the file is created on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes from there — Files, AirDrop, email — is entirely your choice, and we never see it.
The optional app lock uses Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Biometric data never leaves your device and is never accessible to the app itself; iOS only tells the app whether authentication succeeded.
The optional weekly reminder and period-deadline reminder are scheduled locally on your device. No notification content is sent over a network.
Impact Log is a workplace tool intended for adults and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Since the app collects nothing, changes are unlikely.
