Log — one entry a week: what you did, what changed, and the number that proves it. Tag entries to the rating areas on your company's own review form.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. Impact Log has no servers, no account and no sync, and it never connects to the internet. Use Settings → Export a backup file to keep your own copy.

How do I move my data to a new phone?

Settings → Export a backup file on the old device, then Settings → Restore from a backup file on the new one. Restoring replaces everything in the app.

Can I use my company's own rating categories?

Yes — that is the intended use. Add or rename rating areas in the Period tab so they match your review form word for word.

I turned on the lock and can't get in.

The lock uses Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. If your device has no passcode set, the app stays unlocked by design so you are never shut out of your own record.

Is this legal or HR advice?

No. Impact Log is a personal record of your own work. Nothing in the app is legal, tax or employment advice, and decisions about pay and promotion are made by your employer.
